General Information

*Meals are not included. Only breakfast is included in the tariff.
*There will always be a dedicated caretaker with the property.
*We will assist you with Check in | Check out |.

House Rules :

→QUIET HOURS Begin At 10:00 P.M. Disturbing the Peace Through Loud Music, Drinking, or Unruly Behaviour Is Not Permitted.
→Prevent insects inside - Since the property is located inside a plantation, we request our guests to close the Doors and Windows in the evening time to prevent the insects and flies entering the property
→Any Breakage or Damage of any Items in the Property Will Be Charged as ‘Actuals’.
→Guests Cannot Invite Other Guests and Day Visitors During Their Stay.
→Bachelor & Stag Parties Are Not Allowed. →Consumption of Alcohol Is Permitted Only Within Limits
→Smoking/Hookah Within the Rooms Is Prohibited →For Cleaning, we have appointed a caretaker. He has provided us with 2 slots for cleaning. 10:00 am or 11:00 am. You can let me know a day before whatever slot suits you.
→Please note that guests will have limited access to the Kitchen. Guests can freely use the kitchen for boiling / heating of foods but not for any kind of cooking.
→For your use, we provide complimentary guest toiletries that are refreshed as needed during your stay, but not more than once a day.
→Following our eco-friendly, water conservation policy - we change our bed linens and towels every two days, should you want it daily, we can accommodate your request. Please notify the Caretaker to arrange additional service.
→As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports.
→For hot water, please turn on the diverter in the bathroom towards left. Since we are having roof top Solar water heater, supply of hot water in bathrooms will be limited. I you want more, do inform the caretaker for more hotwater, we will arrange it & provide it to you in the room.
→Avoid eating food in the bedroom. (Please keep the bedding clean and in case of any stains in our bedding, you have to pay the dry cleaning charges or if it doesn't clean you need to pay the price for the new).
→Please do not misplace the keys (The lost key will be chargeable)
→If you are checking in late between 9 pm to 6 am, please inform us in advance.

Pool Rules

• Pool Timing : 6.00 AM to 8.00 PM
• Enter the pool only after obtaining permission.
• Personal belongings are at owners risk.
• Don't bring Valuables to the pool Area.
• Don't enter the pool with a cold, skin or other body infection, open wound or any contagious condition.
• Use of oil, cream, soap etc are not allowed
  Persons under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs are not allowed.
• Eatables,plastic, glass, sharp objects etc are not allowed in the pool area.
• Diving is not allowed.
• Footwear is not allowed at the pool deck.
• No running or rough play.
• Keep the pool and the pool area clean.
• No spitting.
• The pool won't function under bad weather ( lightening, thunder, strong wind etc.)
• Use the pool at your own risk; we are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
• Those who are using the pool must strictly follow the pool rules.
  
  

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation has to be made on the corresponding email ID: reservations@themotville.in ONLY otherwise no cancellation will be entertained
• We do not accept Cancellations over the Phone.
• 100% refund after booking, up to 7 days before check-in.
• No refund if the cancellation is made within 7 days of the date of check-in..
• If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded..
• All refunds required in the event of cancellations and amendments will be credited to your bank account as per the bank policy within 7 dates of the cancellation request.
• Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your bank account and the transaction fee/convenience fee is to be borne by the Guest..
• All refunds will be processed in a timely manner. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days for the refund to arrive in your account..
• Alterations or modifications will be treated as cancellation..
